On a sunny Tuesday afternoon, as my dental hygienist draped that awesome paper bib around my neck, she started chatting with me about her recent trip. 

Her young family had just gotten back from a weekend getaway in New Hampshire where she stayed in a vacation rental property. When it came time to book, she had to decide between a spacious, convenient rental and a much smaller, BUT much cuter one. 

Guess which one she chose? "I chose the cute one! Even though it didn't have a yard, was on the third floor and was a little farther away from where we wanted to be", she said. 

Her story got me thinking- what if that other home had both the charm she was looking for and fit her family's needs? That owner would have gotten the booking AND she would have been able to stay in a place that met all her family's needs.
